Question 1

What can I make with yeha.ai?

Accepted Answer

yeha.ai is a workspace for images, video and music. Create product visuals, social covers, portraits, short videos and music drafts, or browse examples and Skills for inspiration. Each tool uses different models; check the workspace for currently available options.

Question 2

Can I start without knowing how to write prompts?

Accepted Answer

Start from an example or template description and adapt the subject, setting and style. Reference images can help communicate your idea. Generate a first version, then adjust it step by step so you can compare what changes.

Question 3

Can I edit an existing image or turn it into video?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The image workspace supports reference-based editing, and an image result can become your next reference. The video workspace offers image-to-video. Open the relevant workspace and choose a model that supports your input. Character, background and detail preservation depend on the model and source material; review your results.

Question 4

How do free and paid use differ?

Accepted Answer

Z-Image Turbo offers 1 daily generation for visitors and 3 for registered free accounts, resetting at midnight UTC+9. Other models require sign-in and credits. Paid credits give you more budget for available models; they do not mean unlimited generation or unlock features marked Coming soon.

Question 5

How many images, videos or songs will my credits cover?

Accepted Answer

There is no single conversion rate. The model, video duration, resolution and other settings affect the cost shown before generation. The pricing page compares plans and packs, with examples based on current default model costs. Your actual generation quote is the reference.

Question 6

Should I choose a subscription or a credit pack?

Accepted Answer

Consider a subscription with monthly credit releases for ongoing creation, or a one-time, non-renewing credit pack for a project. Annual subscriptions charge the full year upfront but release credits monthly. Unused monthly credits expire at the next release and do not roll over. Pack totals and expiry are shown before payment.

Question 7

Can I cancel subscription renewal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Manage or cancel renewal in Settings → Billing before the next charge. Cancellation stops future charges without shortening your paid service period. Credits keep their respective expiry dates; check the status shown on the billing page.

Question 8

Can I use the output for products, ads or client work?

Accepted Answer

Check that you have the necessary rights to input materials, likenesses, voices and brand elements, and review the selected model’s terms and applicable requirements. Payment does not grant rights to third-party material or guarantee unique, non-infringing output. Review work before publishing and consult the Terms of Service for conditions.
