You pay the full annual amount shown, with the effective monthly price displayed for comparison. New annual plans release credits each month on the subscription anniversary, not all at once. Unused monthly credits expire at the next anniversary. Missed months do not accumulate.

A one-time purchase of new credit packs never expire and do not create or renew a subscription. Base credits, eligible member bonuses and the final total are shown and confirmed at checkout. Earlier orders retain their recorded terms. Monthly subscription credits expire at the next grant.

An account with a currently paid subscription period receives the displayed bonus, including eligible existing subscribers. Trials are excluded. Eligibility and the exact total are checked again by the server at checkout. The purchased total and expiry are then fixed for that order.

Manage renewal in Settings → Billing. To protect an existing subscription, this page does not start a second subscription while your current period is active. You can buy extra credits now or choose a new plan after the current term ends.

No. Every model has its own credit cost, shown before generation. Video duration, resolution and other options can change the cost. Existing model restrictions and usage limits still apply.

Yes. Visitors can use Z-Image Turbo once per day, and registered free accounts can use it three times per day. The counter resets at midnight (UTC+9). Other models require sign-in and credits, and their current cost is shown before generation. Promotional welcome credits are included only when an amount and expiry are displayed in your account.
