Can I use the AI preview as my official passport photo?

No. AI-edited photos are NOT accepted for official passport submission by US Department of State, UK HMPO, EU/Schengen, China NIA, Japan MOFA, or most other passport authorities. The preview is for planning only — book a real photo studio for your official submission.

What countries are supported?

US (2×2 inch), UK, EU/Schengen (35×45mm), China (33×48mm), Japan (35×45mm), India (51×51mm), Australia (35×45mm), Canada (50×70mm), and 40+ more. Each spec applies the country's exact pixel dimensions, head-height ratio, and background rules.

What input photo should I upload?

A clear front-facing portrait with the face fully visible — phone selfie, studio shot, or any casual photo all work. The AI auto-crops to spec. JPG or PNG, up to 5MB.

Will the preview match my actual passport photo?

It will match the size, crop ratio, and background of the official spec — so you can see if your face position would work. It will NOT match real lighting, expression, or compression artifacts of a studio shot. Use the preview to plan, not to submit.

Is it free? How does pricing work?

This tool uses credits based on the selected model and options. The separate Z-Image Turbo free tier allows 1 generation per day for visitors and 3 per day for registered free accounts; it may not apply to this tool. Any promotional welcome credits show their amount and expiry in your account. Current plans and packs are confirmed on the Pricing page and before checkout.

Can I use the preview commercially?

Yes, but not for official passport / visa submission. You own the outputs and can use them for planning, internal documentation, or reference. You're responsible for ensuring you own or have rights to the original input image.
