These Terms of Service govern your use of yeha.ai, an AI creative platform operated by AHAMILLION LTD ("we", "us", or "our") at yeha.ai (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
yeha.ai provides tools for generating and editing images, creating video and music, exploring prompts and templates, and coordinating AI-assisted creative workflows. Available features, models, output formats, limits, and pricing may vary by plan, account, region, provider availability, or product stage. Beta and preview features may change or be discontinued.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for prompts, uploads, reference media, likenesses, voices, trademarks, and other materials you submit. You are responsible for how you use and publish generated outputs. Outputs may be non-unique, inaccurate, or similar to content generated for others, and their permitted use may be subject to law and third-party model terms.
As between you and us, you retain the rights you lawfully hold in your inputs and outputs, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant model provider's terms. You grant us a limited license to process, transmit, store, moderate, and display your materials only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide requested features.
The live Pricing page, the upgrade dialog, and checkout use the same current server-side catalog for new purchases. Because that catalog may be updated, these Terms do not duplicate a static price table. Before you authorize payment, we show the currency, actual charge, included credits, billing interval, renewal terms, and any applicable tax or payment-provider discount. The amount and credit entitlement confirmed for an accepted order are recorded with that order. Credits do not unlock a model or feature that is not connected or available to your account.
Prices are generally shown in USD. Where taxes, currency conversion, or provider discounts apply, the checkout total presented before authorization controls. If the catalog changes before checkout completes, we will ask you to review the updated offer rather than silently charging a different amount.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
You may not use the Service to create or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive content; infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; create sexual or exploitative content involving minors; impersonate or mislead others without authorization; bypass safety or access controls; interfere with service security; or scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits it.
The Service depends on third-party AI models, infrastructure, authentication, storage, and payment providers. Their own terms and policies may apply. We do not guarantee that any particular provider, model, feature, or output will remain available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific purpose.
The Service, interface, software, documentation, brand assets, and related technology are owned by or licensed to AHAMILLION LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, non-payment, or material harm to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. AI outputs require human review and are not professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHAMILLION LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from use of the Service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice where required.
