Urban Night Portrait of Woman with Wet Hair

Let's capture a medium close-up of a young adult woman, leaning forward with her arms resting on a railing, in a 3/4 portrait view. She has long, wavy, messy dark brown hair with a wet look, loose strands framing her face, and alluring green/hazel eyes with subtle winged eyeliner. Her light, dewy skin shows a high sheen on her shoulder and cheekbones, complemented by glossy lips and a soft smile, making direct eye contact. She's wearing a black ribbed crop top.

The setting is a candid moment on a city street at night, with a blurred urban cityscape background featuring bokeh streetlights and car headlights. We need a flash photography style mixed with ambient street lighting, creating strong specular highlights on her skin and soft shadows to define her features. Think photorealistic, ultra-detailed, captured with a Canon RF 85mm f/1.2L lens at f/1.4, sharp focus on her face, and a shallow depth of field, giving it a cinematic feel.
